If I could give this company more stars, I would. They came out and did their big one! Brookview Doors you guys need a Grammy for your performance on our garage. They came out and looked at our garage after it fell off track and had it fixed within 45mins. I was so panicked when my garage got damaged over Christmas. Jermaine came by quickly the day after Christmas and got everything back working. He’s great at what he does and pricing was fair.
Great company to do business with. They were very responsive to all of the questions that I had while comparing several options. When i finally made my decision, they scheduled me a date for installation. The install was done at the exact date and at the time which they had quoted. The install was done in a timely manor, and the area was left completely spotless. All old equipment was hauled off, and not a spec of trash was left behind. If you haven’t figured it out by now, YES, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH BROOKVIEW DOORS!

Jermaine is the best! We thought our garage doors were falling apart, and he came and sprayed some stuff on the gears and rusted areas, and it works so much better without squeaking or riding rough. I had two other people come out before him and they both couldn't figure out the real problem. They also wanted to charge a fortune. Jermaine walked in and instantly knew what was going on. He assessed the problem and fixed it immediately. He also notices a gap that we didn't even notice and fixed it right away. He is definitely God sent. He is reasonable with prices as well and he knows his stuff. He is super honest, and we are thankful to him!

Found Brookview in the Women of Douglasville Facebook group today after backing into my garage door while exiting. I damaged the door and couldn’t get out! 😩 The first company said they’d come in two days. 😒 I then found Brookview. Called and he was there in an hour! I thought I’d have to replace the lower panel but nope! He repaired it as good as new! Can’t even tell I almost killed the door! Working like new. I’m a commercial realtor. I took a chance and called my local Wayne Dalton office and was provided JERMAIN’s contact information as a highly recommended provider. A new spring was installed and within hours without a previous appointment. Speed, service, professionalism, I 100% recommend!

Before calling Brookview doors; I reached out to another company who wouldn’t give me an estimate quote over the phone so they can charge a service fee. This other company came to my home and quoted me $830 to replace two garage door springs. I paid the service charge and sent them on their way. Later, I Google searched and found Brookview Doors. Brookview Doors gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. They came out the next day, completed the repairs and the price was the same as the phone quote. Jermain is timely and communicates well with the customer. I never had to worry if he was coming because he is clearly a person of his word. The garage door opener I bought was defective, so I purchased a replacement from him. He is very fair and would not accept more than was required for the parts or job. He made recommendations that made sense while not attempting to sell me on anything. Thankfully he mentioned a reinforcement that will save my door from quick wear and tear while using the automatic door opener. He noticed a broken part on my door and a bend that caused the door to catch. He is quite thorough. He made those repairs at no additional cost. Came across Brookview Doors looking to buy some replacement garage door springs. I was looking for springs and no labor because everyone was so expensive. I was beyond surprised when Brookville Doors came back with a better price installed than several companies had for just the springs. They made it out pretty quick and got the work done promptly.

My garage door would not shut and within 30 minutes of texting, Jermain stopped by to close it. He used a part he had for an upcoming job and quoted me based on what he paid for the part plus what he knew the manufacturer was increasing their price by. I agreed to his very reasonable price, but about two days after completing my job he refunded me through zelle because the part did not cost as much as he anticipated. It has been a couple of months since the repair was done and it is working great. Wish I had found him sooner because the big brand repair company I used did not adjust properly causing my door to slam every time which lead to the breakage. Thanks Jermain!

I spoke with and sent pictures to several other garage repair companies and they were all willing to charge me and replace just one spring. This gentleman was honest with me and told me that I could replace one, but it's always best to replace both springs. I called one of the larger, far more expensive companies to confirm and was told the same thing. I appreciate the honesty. It goes a long way with me. I reached out to Brookview Doors so that I could get a quote on installing a garage door opener that I had when I moved from my last house. Spoke with Jermain and he was more than willing to assist me and offered a fare price. I didn’t use his services because I wanted to try to do it myself. After speaking back with him, after he called me to let me know that he was coming and I let him know that I would try it myself. He actually was going to talk me through doing it, which I thought was really cool. I told him I’ll call if I need his help. I did it myself. Pics are worth a thousand words. My door panels where bent and the hooks broken. Jermain fixed the doors completely. Then he found that the sensor wires to one door were messed up. I rarely, if ever give reviews but I felt compelled to give this one. I came home late last night (Friday) to my garage door being off of its track. The next morning I called several garage door repair places and the best I could do was schedule an appointment for Monday 12 - 4. The others weren’t even open on the weekend. Then I called Brookview Doors. Jermain picked up immediately and told me he was in the area and would be able to come in 15 minutes. He was here in 10. 30 minutes later the garage door was fixed. Not only did he fix it he made adjustments to it so that it would operate better as we’ve been in the house for 16 years and have never had maintenance done on them. Jermain was recommended through our neighborhood app. By the time our first conversation was done he already had a diagnosis in mind for our garage and promptly started working on getting the appropriate parts and gave a firm quote. I called Brookview Doors about an issue I was having with my garage door springs causing my garage door to not open. Turns out that one of the springs snapped apart.
